  • Train anytime you want, anywhere you want. Stay active, healthy and create the fit body you always wanted! All you need is 45 minutes of your time, minimum equipment and a small training space around you.

ATP90
TRAINING

19 PER MONTH
  • Train like Andreas and take your fitness to the next level. Improve your physical capacity in the most exciting way and get your body in the best shape! All the Strength & Conditioning training in a 90 minute session that suits every schedule.

ATHLETES

  • Be competitive, participate in local Championships, conquer Sanctioned Throwdowns and reach the top of the Games podium! This program will guide and help you compete at the highest level, overcome your weaknesses, maximise your athletic potential and reach your goals faster.

  • Build a powerful engine that will make you unstoppable. Maximise your performance and improve aerobic capacity by training at all levels of intensity with the use of various ergometers or running.

WEIGHTLIFTING

  • Improve strength and weightlifting performance. Use this program separately to exclusively focus on your weightlifting or boost your strength by including it in your training schedule.

GYMNASTICS
TRAINING

  • Get more comfortable with bodyweight movements and skills. Use this program to become stronger and more technical in all aspects of bodyweight training.
