PERFORM includes two distinct training plans — COMPETE and HYBRID — designed for athletes who want more from their training.
COMPETE is for those who love competitive-style workouts and want to test their abilities in CrossFit-style demands, while HYBRID combines strength and endurance for athletes seeking peak physical condition and preparation for HYROX Races.

Whichever plan you choose, PERFORM helps you build true athleticism, balanced capabilities, and the endurance to handle any challenge — inside and outside the gym.

COMPETE

The COMPETE program is designed for athletes who want to test their limits in local CrossFit competitions or for those who simply love the competitive style of training. This program is built to make you stronger, faster, and more resilient through carefully structured cycles that include: Progressive strength development focusing on the major lifts. Skills training in Olympic lifts and gymnastics movements. Competition-oriented Metcons to improve conditioning and fatigue management.

Simulated competition WODs to make sure you’re ready to perform when it counts. Whether your goal is to step onto the podium or just train like an athlete, COMPETE will keep you at a high level all year round.

HYBRID

The HYBRID program is the ultimate choice for those who want to combine strength and endurance. You’re not limited to developing just one ability — you become an all-around athlete, with a body ready to take on any challenge. The HYBRID program includes: Strength & hypertrophy training through compound lifts and weightlifting. Endurance training with running, cycling, rowing, and ski erg, programmed with progression (Zone 2, intervals, tempo work). HYROX-specific training, with sessions that simulate the competition format: running combined with functional stations (sled push/pull, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, farmers carry, etc.) to build strength endurance and race pacing.

Workouts that blend conditioning and lifting into an experience that feels like a real event.

The HYBRID program is made for you if you want to build strength, conditioning, and endurance at the same time, so you’re always ready — whether it’s training, competition, or simply everyday life.
