Elli is a graduate of the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics of the University of Thessaloniki. Since 2009 she has participated in numerous international conferences on nutrition and dieting and particularly on topics that relate to the combination of proper dieting and exercising for both general populations but also targeted ones.
Elli has cooperated on a number of occasions with various public and private health and sports related agencies having integrally offered her knowledge on the subject of nutrition. Since 2017 she runs her own private practice through which she offers her services to hundreds of trainees and competitive athletes, in her effort to assist them in building up a healthy and supportive nutritional profile. Based on her knowledge base and her extensive experience, Elli has built up our own nutritional plan which is based on the daily caloric balance of each trainee and competitive athlete. Elli’s goal is to create proper eating habits through dozens of proposed meals and combinations of foods and through providing two distinct meal plans; a vegetarian and an omnivorous one, both of which will complement each trainee’s personal needs to their fullest.
