The program includes:

  • Strength & hypertrophy training through compound exercises and technical lifting.
  • Endurance training in running and machines with progressions (Zone 2, intervals, tempo sessions).
  • Workouts that mimic the format of a fitness race: a combination of running and functional stations (sled variations, wall balls, lunges, farmers, sandbags, etc.) to build strength endurance and steady pacing.
  • Conditioning & lifting blended into sessions that feel like a real race event, preparing you for long-duration competitive demands.
