Samantha
Samantha has been involved in coaching since her teenage years, with many years of experience and a broad range of knowledge in fitness, making her a well-rounded coach. She is currently a CrossFit Level 2 trainer and continues to share her passion for physical fitness with people of all levels.
Her athletic journey began at the age of 4, with participation in baseball, volleyball, handball, ice hockey, and track and field, while in her teenage years she actively turned to guiding and training athletes.
As a mom, she emphasizes creative and flexible training methods, proving that fitness can be adapted to any lifestyle.
