Order Processing
ATPLab Training ships worldwide. Delivery time starts one day after the order has been placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Delivery time takes from 3-7 working days after processing for domestic destinations and 5-15 days for abroad shipping. You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been shipped, usually in about 24-48 hours. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted. Each order is subject to product availability. Customer service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable.

Custom And Import Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

Methods Of Payment
The method of payment available from ATPLab Training for online purchases is via Visa & MasterCard.  

Cancelations
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@atplabtraining.com. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already been shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.

Modifications
Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. Please do contact us if you wish to modify your order.

Lost/Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was successfully delivered but you have not received it, please contact the International Orders, to file a Trace Claim for the missing shipment. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
