ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Time is precious! We realise that including a daily training routine in a life of heavy workload, travelling, responsibilities and kids is not the easiest thing to pull off. Therefore, we give you a program that will make it possible for you to complete your training within 45 minutes in your house, your favourite outdoor place or wherever you might feel like sweating it out. This program is for everyone in search of a fast, exciting and easy-to-follow daily training with the minimum possible equipment. Your daily session will start with warm-up, followed by a workout (bodyweight & dumbbell/kettlebell) and finish with core or accessory work (dumbbell/kettlebell/bodyweight exercises).

All you need is a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a jump rope!
