The training camp is a 2-day course, consists of 3 sessions a day and is run by the ATPLab coaching team. We start off with an introduction on how to approach training and competing, where to focus on depending on the season (Open Qualifiers, Competitions & Sanctionals, The Games) and on how to develop a competitive mindset.
Athletes of all levels have the chance to interact, share thoughts and gain useful experiences and insights from our team of athletes; many of them participate in the Games and Sanctionals.

Now is your chance to experience the competitive process and the intense vibes first hand while also attending seminars on warm-ups, recovery, nutrition, weightlifting, and gymnastics. Through this all, you will be guided on how to identify and improve your weaknesses on your way to becoming a more accomplished athlete and a better version of yourself.
